I called to have my dryer repaired. My appointment was scheduled for the next day. In the initial evaluation, Antonio identified the problem correctly without opening the dryer. He got the necessary replacement parts and repaired my dryer. I found the service to be professional and efficient. I am very happy with the service. Now, I can use my dryer once again. Repairing, instead of buying new, is ecological & economical.

Même Whirlpool n’aurait pas mieux fait et ça avec franchise, rapidité et honnêteté. M. Antonio Di Patria m’a servi de façon irréprochable en me laissant 10 jours pour contacter mon fabriquant et ça sans payer les prochains frais de déplacement et première rencontre à nouveau (pour essayer d’avoir la pièce gratuite via Whirpool)! Le service a été rapide, courtois et flexible. En plus, les modalités de paiements (interac) était agréable

The service is fantastic! I made my request on the internet on a Sunday afternoon. First thing Monday morning I received a call and Antonio was here at 10:30am. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired the problem and was gone by 11:10am. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends and I would not hesitate to call them again.

J’ai une plaques au gaz de plus de 10 ans…Antonio, a fait 4 visites dont 2 la même journée, et la dernière un samedi matin 8h pour régler mon problème…Jamais j’ai perçu de la frustration, ou de l’impatience au niveau du service reçu…

Mon réparateur était Antonio. Je suis très satisfaite du service. Le réparateur est arrivé dans les temps prescrits, j’ai beaucoup apprécié son professionnalisme.
